A simple tool that can solve various invoicing scenarios around sales orders:
- generates advance invoices
- if it’s a bank transfer payment, he can email it
- can generate ZDD for payments
- can automatically generate a final invoice for cash on delivery
- for sent (or delivered) orders, generates the final invoice including deduction
- can email the resulting invoices
- If the order is not shipped within 14 days of payment, it will generate an invoice
Everything is fully configurable and can handle various non-standard situations and manually generated documents. It also includes a control tool that can detect orders without invoices or credit notes. It marks documents for sending by e-mail, but does not send them directly.
